Please read the following terms before confirming your booking. By confirming, you agree to these terms.

    Booking Confirmation

    An advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The advance amount is non-refundable.

    Payment Schedule

    The remaining balance is to be cleared during the trip in installments as communicated by Travel Horizon India. Final settlement must be made before the return journey begins.

  3. 3

    Late Night Trip Completion

    On the last day, no extra charges apply if the trip ends before 11 PM. If it ends between 11 PM and 2 AM, driver night charges and applicable state tax will be levied. If it ends after 2 AM, next-day charges apply. Exact amounts depend on the vehicle and will be informed in advance.

    Package Inclusions

    The package includes only the services listed in your booking quotation. Any extra usage, detours, or additional requests will attract extra charges.

    Air Conditioning in Hill Stations

    The AC will remain operational throughout your trip. However, due to extra engine load on steep gradients, the driver may need to switch off the AC while driving uphill in hill areas. This is a vehicle limitation, not a service compromise.

    Counting of Days

    Days are counted as calendar days (midnight to midnight), not on a 24-hour basis. For example, a trip starting at 8 PM on Day 1 and ending at 10 AM on Day 2 will be counted as 2 days.

    Customer Conduct

    Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and use of any illegal substances inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited. Customers are expected to behave courteously with the driver throughout the journey.

    Damage to Vehicle

    Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers, including spillage, breakage, or soiling of interiors, will be chargeable to the customer at actuals.

    Route & Itinerary

    The travel route will be decided by the driver based on road conditions, safety, and traffic. Significant changes to the agreed itinerary requested mid-trip may attract additional charges and are subject to time and feasibility.

  10. 10

    Driver Rest Hours

    For everyone's safety, the driver requires adequate rest during long journeys, including a continuous night rest. Customers are requested to plan the day's travel accordingly.

  11. 11

    Customer Belongings

    Customers are advised to keep personal belongings secure at all times. Travel Horizon India will not be responsible for any loss of or damage to personal items.

  12. 12

    Data & Privacy

    Information shared during booking is used only to deliver and support your trip. We do not share customer information with third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes.
